July 4th, a day for celebration (part 1)

We are really lucky to have such chance to experience the pleasant atmosphere surrounding in U-C and whole America

We got up early to have a bright morning in a trip to Japan House.
Since it's very near to us,(and we found a quick lane to cross the pasture, it's even quicker!)
we walk smoothly and delightfully in the semi-forest.

the lake itself and the serene surrouding is very fresh and calming for us
we simply walk by the lake and look in to the still water and the random splash caused by
the leaves or small creatures in the water.

One of the best things in having internship in UIUC is that
you'll have the accessibility to get closer to the nature
like the squirrel and the fire flies are common in commuting life here

we went to the hills beside the Japan house and enjoy the morning breeze there
quiet, except for the song of birds up on the branch.

 Many adorable plants!

 <- calling bell
It's quite sad that the Japan House is closed for whole summer vacation
It means that we might not be able to enjoy the tea time in this intricate house
But the construction is really Japanese that we feel like being in Asia again !

three girls fills the delicate gateway to Japan House

  Is there anything interesting ?

Take a rest beside the Japanese fountain(or where people can sip waters)

bye bye Japan House, heading for nexting stop!
